Elizabeth Bennet Coral Cross Pendant, inspired 19th century
Elizabeth Bennet Coral Cross Pendant, inspired 19th century
Fresh and elegant! A timeless coral parure suited for almost every historical area you wish to reenact or for wearing it as a modern fashionable set.
This pendant is handmade and copied after some original crosses of coral dating back to the 1800s. The natural coral beads are hand-assembled in a cross shape using some tiny golden bars with a dot at their ends to add a glimpse of elegance to the set. The lovely gold color chain allows the cross to dangle freely around your neck. The moderate size of the pendant also allows you to wear your jewel every day.
Although coral and crosses have been used since the Middle Age for their Christian symbolism, they are now also a fashionable accessory for the beauty of its design. I named this collection Elizabeth in tribute to the actress Jennifer Helhe who set the fashion for wearing these small crosses pendant jewels as a day-wear in the infamous TV serie Pride and Prejudice.
